Leadership
During my academic journey, I actively engaged in community service, and my involvement in service clubs has been a source of immense personal growth and fulfillment.
In 2018, I served as a general body member in the Leo Club of Mumbai Ghatkopar. This experience provided me with opportunities to organize diverse events such as chess competitions, food distributions, charity events, and more. These events, which were also fundraisers, contributed to a noble cause in the subsequent terms.
Building on this, in 2019, I became a general body member of the Rotaract Club of Mumbai Ghatkopar (RCMG). As my commitment and enthusiasm became evident, I was appointed as the Sports Director in July 2019. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I leveraged virtual platforms to keep the community engaged. I organized online yoga events, sports challenges, and even a talk series called RCMGx Talks, featuring renowned professionals discussing the impact of the pandemic on education, healthcare, and mental health.
In 2020, I took on the role of Public Relations Officer for People United for Student's Help, an organization on my college campus. As a PRO, I played a crucial role in outreach, fundraising, and facilitating communications among board members. The organization's focus on providing scholarships to students in need resonated with my values, and I actively contributed to the scholarship process, including identifying deserving students and maintaining communication with both applicants and previous recipients.
These experiences have not only allowed me to contribute meaningfully to various causes but have also honed my organizational and leadership skills. I believe that the diverse challenges I navigated during my time in these clubs have equipped me with adaptability and resilience, qualities I'm eager to bring to any professional setting.
